On March 01, 2013, Agricultural Bank of China (“ABC”) New York Branch and Guangdong Branch provided the first Refinancing business to a major Chinese airline company. The cooperation between ABC New York Branch and the airline company has been substantially promoted through this transaction. The air company is one of China's biggest airlines, operating one of the largest aircraft fleets in China, with an extensive domestic air network in China.

ABC made significant progress in its bilateral business by cooperating with the airline company. The relations of friendly cooperation between ABC and large Chinese multinational companies are developing well. ABC New York Branch has also achieved a key business objective of supporting Chinese companies doing business in the US. ABC New York Branch established a bilateral relationship with ABC Guangdong Branch, allowing us to target this major Chinese airline company as a key customer.
